What did you harvest today?

Today I harvested grape tomatoes and squash. The grape tomatoes grew wild in my yard this year. I had 3 around my swimming pool area, which was a surprise to see them growing there, and 2 or 3 in a dirt pile that I throw scraps and such on.

I LOVE Those kind of surprises! I like to call them 'volunteers'. I had two cherry tomatoes this year like that - YUMMMMMMM:P

it's Nov 1 and i have two cherry tomatoes that started as volunteers from a plant from two years ago, one started in a path and one in the corner of a raised bed, they going crazy with fruit.

I planted some radishes and bok choy a few weeks ago and now we're beginning to reap the first benefits, i almost like eating the baby greens more than the full grown plants. Our onions are starting to come up!

I'm envious, congratulations to you. My onions and sugar snap peas are just peeking through. I forgot about radishes.

I harvested a big fat fennel bulb - yum - i think i'll grill it tonight on the bbq with a little olive oil - i love fennel, but i don't have too many ways to cook it - any suggestions?
