Plants that cause allergic reactions, ivy, sumac

We bought a house that has such a pretty tree in the front yard:) I found out the hard way that it is a poison sumac tree after cutting it back last week. What is the best way to remove this tree (of course I will hire someone to do it, but want to make sure it doesn't pop up all over the place if it is just stump ground...thanks for any input

I've asked a few people for you and they all say the same thing, you should use a reputable arborist and don't mess around with it. I know you probably already knew this, but I thought I'd ask around.
