Black Walnuts produce "Juglone" it's a substance that inhabits growth in most plants and can kill quite a few

I am nervous now that I read this list. How big does a Black Walnut tree have to be to produce Juglone? Do they have to bear? We have a black walnut seedling planted pretty close to the garden. No nuts yet as it is only about 15 feet tall. When will I have issues in the garden? Thanks for the heads up.
