Help! I need to find a big shade tree with 2 qualities: 1) no invasive roots and 2) not much "little" litter ( a deciduous tree with big leaves is O.K.). We live in So. Cal. (with hardiness 10a and Sunset 23) so we NEED a shade tree for the house. Big and fast growing would be nice, but everything else is minor compared to the first 2 qualities.
