What's the botanical name for my azalea?

I have several azaleas in my yard which were identified on the label in the pot as Sun azaleas -Southern Indica 'Formosa'. I've tried to determine the correct botanical name for these plants by doing Google and Yahoo searches but so far I have been unsuccessful. Does anyone out there know the correct botanical name?

Rhododendron 'Formosa'
(aka 'Coccinea', 'Phoenicia', and 'Vanessa')
