Duranta's with black leaves

Hi everybody-As a new member this is the first time that I am in contact. I need help, I have a Durant that developed black on the leaves, starting on the edges, and now closing rank on the rest of the leaf. Even my new growth is coming in black. Can anybody tell me what this is, and how do I treat it. All help is appreciated. Cheryl Barrigan
