IDENTIFICATION
Vigorous woody climber. Leaves with (3)-5-7-(9), oval-lanceolate leaflets which are 150-60mm x 10-40 mm. Flowers tubular, fragrant, about 2 cm long, white or cream outside, marked with crimson inside, Aug-Nov. Capsule c.90 x 20 mm. Winged seeds 25 mm wide.


HABITATS
Should be watched for. Cultivated in the milder parts of NZ as it produces lots of flowers and probably will become a problem further north.



DISPERSAL ROUTES, VECTORS, INFESTATION SOURCES
Mainly vegetative. So far has not spread far from original cultivation sites. Does not produce fruit often and spread so far has been vegetative.
