Does anyone have any experience with capparis spinosa? I live in La Jolla CA, not very far from the beach. I know it needs lots of sun, and I think it is drought tolerant, but can tolerate some water if the soil is well drained. Anything else I should be careful of? What kind of pests does it attract? Does it need fertilizer? Pruning?

Most important thing when growing capers is that you have good drainage. They don't need much water and once established thrive on a lack of water!
