Thanks for the info,Lucy. I've found the trees available online through the one source that you mentioned, I think they wanted $50 for the 2-3 year old trees. I haven't checked yet with Exotica in Vista on the off chance that they may carry them. They do apparently grow quite readily from seed, but the seed should be fresh. When I was looking around online for seed, I came across an article by someone in the Bay Area about growing up in India with the neem trees and there are so many more uses than I'd known about that I'm surprised that more people here aren't growing it. I've had Chinaberry trees before and though many consider them trash trees I like them in the right place. They always remind me of old homesteads. I think I'll have to get more serious in my pursuit and call around tomorrow. I hadn't been too actively chasing after it because, like everything else I bring home, the question is \"now where am I going to fit it in?\"
