I'm looking for pine needle mulch

I'm looking for pine needle mulch. Is anyone aware of a resource/vendor in the San Francisco Bay Area or Northern California Area. I would prefer the needles to be already mixed in with soil and other organic matter. Please help me if you know where to get it.

Sorry, you're too far. I live in the southern tip of NY State. I go around in the fall and pick up bags full when the white pines drop their needles. It's so abundant in this area people sweep it to the end of their drive ways. I put my garden to bed for the winter with them and by spring they are pretty well broken down, enough to get churned into the soil.
