Spinach

Its time for me to harvest my Spinach, do I pull the whole plant by the roots, the way I buy it in the market or just pull the outer leaves to keep the plant producing? thanks for any reply!!!

Just trim the tender leaves from the plant. If you get some leaves that bolt, trim them off before they go to seed. If you keep trimming, it will keep producing. Some people tear the leaves, I prefer to clip them with a scissors. Both work equally fine.
