Snow shoveling

Hello all,
I'm really excited and eagerly waiting for winter. Snow shoveling is one of the most interesting work which I liked to do when I was young and even now too. But I happened to read an article about safe snow shoveling guidelines ( infinitygardens.ca/blog/snow-shoveling-ergonomics/ ) and was really shocked to know that it causes heart attack in many people and many people die each year during snow shoveling.

So I think that this year I'll Contract snow removal service to remove the snow and I'll be taking care of my garden and upgrading them with some winter flowers. So I would like to say that if you are not confident about your health, please don't try snow shoveling. Instead you can give that job to some professional snow removal services. Hope you'll have a happy winter ahead.
