General Information
BERRY NICE is a good addition to mixed borders or cutting gardens because of its copious amounts of bright red berries and superior fruit set and retention. Brighten up the winter landscape and use the beautiful sprays of berry covered stems to create spectacular holiday displays! BERRY NICE Is noteworthy for its improved mildew resistance and requires very low maintenance. It was a first class pick for planting in saturated areas which would make it a great choice to plant in mass in a low, swampy area where nothing else will grow. To produce berries a male and female plant are both required; Ilex Jim Dandy is a good choice as a male pollinator . Fruit is not edible and can be toxic to pets.
