General Information

Isn’t it romantic! WINE & ROSES® will add a touch of passion to your landscape. Its rosy-pink flowers against dark burgundy foliage make for a high impact display in the garden. This variety produces copious amounts of flowers in spring, and will re-bloom throughout the summer. The trumpet-like flowers are adored by hummingbirds but foliage is ignored by deer! Try using WINE & ROSES® as an accent plant or in a dramatic mass planting, and work its rich branches into flower arrangements. This fast growing and trouble free plant makes it easy to add season long color to the garden. Heat tolerant to AHS zone 8, 90-120 days of temperatures above 86 degrees F. When grown in hotter climates, flowering may be lessened and leaf color will not be as vivid. Developed in the Netherlands by Herman Geers. The first Proven Winners ColorChoice Shrubs introduction.
