Hales Best Cantaloupe
Hale's best was developed by a Japanese market gardener in California around 1920. It combines excellent flavor with early maturity. Oval with deep green skin and golden netting. The flesh is salmon color, aromatic and sweet. Matures about 80 days after sowing in the garden.
