Pak choi is grown for its stalks which are used in oriental cooking or can be eaten raw. Each plant bears 10-14 erect stalks, 8-10" long. Matures early.
Plant in a different place each year where other cabbages have not been planted. Plant for spring or fall harvest. Grows best in cool weather.
