Royal Purple Smoke Tree
Deciduous tree or shrub usually 12 - 15 feet high but can get larger. Panicles of small, insignificant flowers that give the shrub a smoke-like appearance. It has roundish 1 - 3 inch leaves. Gorgeous dark purple foliage makes a great foil for silver and gold leaved plants and it's fluffy flower heads add interest and texture later on in the summer.
