Southern Highbush Blueberry
Deciduous shrub with small white pink flowers in spring and edible blue berries dusted with a natural white powder. Berries may be sweet, or sweet tangy. Southern Highbush cultivars are principally sterile crosses of V. corymbosum and V. ashei producing more heat tolerant, cold sensitive plants, capable of good production (with pollinator)in eastern and western southern climates.
Plant at least two varieties for good berry production.
