A small tree that blooms profusely with 4" clusters of lightly fragrant frilly white flowers.
This is a spectacular tree when blooming as the flowers cover the entire tree. The bark is also a handsome gray-brown color. Although it can be very happy in warmer climates like San Diego it does best if it gets a bit of chill.
