What is a garden myth you hear frequently which you know is untrue?
This is some good soil look how black it is !! -
And, what is the reality?
Soil that is black doesn't mean it's good for all plants,inside & out.Alot of plants like & need a lighter soil that oxygen can get to the roots,especially house plants.No plant can handle soil that very rich in one nutrient & deficient in others.Soil from outside should be tested and/or amended. -
What is your favorite gardening outfit or costume?
An old pair of blue cotton pants,a pair of slip on shoes that need replacing "BAD" A t-shirt with my gardening apron around my waist. -
