    Live in central Minnesota on a dairy farm,went to collage and now doing some landscaping,Did all the gardening and lawn mowing,and helping dad with the farm work also.

    Peony,Day lily,geranium,sedums,marigolds.
  • What is a garden myth you hear frequently which you know is untrue?
    Peony do not need ants to bloom.

    The ants are there for the sap on the bud before it opens.

    t-shirt and shorts and if it is hot no shirt.

    Tried everything from different methods to over winter, but can't get them to come back.

    Clemens Garden St.Cloud Mn. Has great rose display and always new plants coming out.
    Munsinger Gardens,St.Cloud Mn.The walking trails are full of different beds and full of color.Sits along the Mississippi river and you spend the day and never get tired of it.

    Mom and her mom
    Mom did not have a green thumb for house plants don't remember having any in the house.But the garden was big and weed free
    Grandmother had lots of house plants/violets mostly different colors, and flowering plants out doors,her garden was small

    Dogs digging in the flower beds and cats using the beds as a litter box.
