    I used to watch the victory garden but don't much anymore.
    Thalassa Caruso was a big early influce. She had a great attitude about gardening and plants.
  • If you could grow only one plant, what would it be?
    A cactus, I think.
  • What plant have you tried to grow that has given you the most trouble? Or, what plant would you like to grow and can't, and why?
    Roses. I have a hard time growing vegetables excpt for tomatos. I don't know why I have suck a hard time with other vegetbles other than not being able to give them enough space.

    Early in the morning and early in the evening.

    Green

    My deck actuallly.
  • What is your favorite public or private garden in the world? Why?
    I haven' been to many. I like Tower Hill, esp. it's vegetable garden nd Garden in the Woods to I have't been here in a long time. Both have plants approprite and native to this climate.
  • What individual has influenced your gardening interest the most? How?
    My grandmother. She gardene extensvely and I can recall as a child being at her knee "helping" her. I seemed to to have learneda lot jus through osmosis. She is alway wihme when I garden.
  • Gardening Dilemmas
    as i get older it is more difficult for me to mulch and do other tings that require carrying heavy things. I can't afford help so it's a problem.
    Also the cost of plants (don't have much space to start seeds), watering ,etc.

    heavy lifting, cost

    getting lost in the process
