Biographical Information
Although I have always loved flowers, I was not interested in gardening until about 12 years ago. My mother needed help gardening after a stroke, so I had to overcome my nervousness (re: hurting plants, doing it wrong, etc). Gradually found that all I wanted to read/learn about and do was...gardening! Now I have vegetable, herb and flower beds, as well as pet houseplants. Most incredibly, I work at a lovely nursery within walking distance of home. Thank you, Mom!
