Description A very interesting unique tree with branches that are striking twisting pattern within the canopy. The leaves are small fine fern like with a straight 1/2 to 1 inch reddish thorn. In the spring it gets yellow fragrant ball flowers along the branching structure.
General Comments Colder winters it can be deciduous and is much more hardier than the A. smallii (farnesiana).
