General Information
Although they don\'t grow as fast as they do in Hawaii, Plumerias really can grow into trees in coastal Southern California, especially if you give them a warm site that is protected from frost and strong winds. The plants will tell you when to start watering and fertilizing in the spring by sprouting new leaves, but when the plants are dormant in winter, don\'t fertilize and water only sparingly.
